Hays Recruitment has partnered up with a Food & Beverage company in Ottawa, ON. Our client is looking to hire a 12-month contract Bilingual Coordinator Franchisee Services (Bilingual) to join their team. This role follows a remote working model with occasional visits to one of their offices (Montreal, Ottawa or Toronto) as needed.
Your new role
Act as the primary liaison between HQ office in Canada and the field. Supply a high level of customer service and support to franchisees, development agents, field staff, and vendors. Support ordering process during restaurant construction phase, research and resolve inquiries relating to equipment, accounting, in store and back-office technology, and local advertising. Data entry of store and person details, memos, emails, and phone calls.
- Troubleshoot internal & external customer issues, through research to find source data or dedicated resources
- Processing Marketing POP orders.
- Maintain lists and prepare/send communications for internal & external customers.
- Database management: opening/closing stores, maintaining equipment order dates, attributes and franchisee contact info.
- Researching and resolving inquiries and problems including but not limited to creating merchant accounts for credit card processing, general accounting questions,
- Be the resource for Franchisees/BD/SMO Teams for inquiries/request providing guidance as needed.
- Provide support to ongoing projects and initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Tracking and following up on missing documents.

- Effective/clear communication skills, including written and verbal in both English and French

- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and all required internal software systems
