Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Organize and manage files and documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records for internal and external clients.
  • Manage monthly expense claims.
  • Handle calendar management and meeting requests as needed.
  • Create and update Excel sheets for different purposes.
  • Aid in special projects.
  • Conduct research and create reports on various topics.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements with executives, both internally and externally.
  • Assist CFO with admin tasks, managing internal and client files, and tracking admin transactions.
  • Provide confidential support for ad hoc tasks.
  • Follow company policies, especially regarding privacy and confidentiality.
  • Support meeting preparation and occasionally take minutes.
Qualifications


  • Exceptional skills in using Excel.
  • Ownership of personal transportation is required due to the office location.
  • High level of organization and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Self-assured and polished, capable of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated track record of upholding high levels of confidentiality.
  • Considerable experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
