As an innovative Quebec company, we continue our expansion and will soon open a new boutique in Mississauga. We are currently looking for a Store Administrative Assistant for our new store located in Heartland Town Center.If you appreciate style and are talented in the field of administration and customer service, you should not miss this opportunity!
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Administrative Assistant performs various reception and administrative tasks.

Here is what a working day looks like for the Store Administrative Assistant at MUST:
- Being a great teammate and assisting Sales Consultant: Preparation of contracts for the Sales team as needed.
- Processing telephone inquiries;
- Various administrative tasks: closing cash registers, following up customer files, etc.;
- Welcoming customers with your greatest smile and providing exceptional customer service;
- Reception and identification of calls, analysis of the request and referral to the appropriate individual, department or service;
- Working closely with the Sales manager: Various administrative tasks at the request of store management.
To succed is this position you should possess the following skills:
- Know the importance of discretion and have an eye for detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of work organization and demonstrate autonomy and dynamism;
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite software;
- Solid background in customer service;
- Motivated by working under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
