This Payroll position will be responsible for monitoring and reporting payroll approvals, processing special payments and other duties as assigned. Duties include: receipt of payroll approvals authorizations and follow-up on a timely basis, complete a bi-weekly report of approvals to calculate the % of approvals, receiving and processing special pays for employees incorrectly paid, and other duties as assigned by Payroll supervisor.

Educational Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Satisfactory attendance and performance are required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated skill with attention to detail
• 1 year of payroll experience preferred
