Responsibilities
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime as necessary
  • Manage calendars, travel, team social events or meals and related expense claims
  • Prepare and issue billings and support accounts receivable activities for the tax group
  • Electronically transmit CRA filings and monitor status of filing deadlines
  • Assist with maintaining integrity of database
  • Review, edit and prepare spreadsheets, letters, reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve workflows and processes
  • Back-up other admin functions to provide support with a variety of administrative and clerical activities
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Collate all necessary components of client deliverables, soft or hard copy
  • Research, compile and summarize information/data
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
  • Record and circulate minutes of meetings

  • Skills And Experience
    • Strong computer literacy and superior attention to detail
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
    • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to change and manage in a fast paced environment
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment
