We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team and serve some of our best clients. As a Controller, you will be responsible for delivering tailored monthly financial reporting, conducting financial analysis, and providing accurate forecasting to support our clients in making great business decisions. Responsibilities:

Monthly Accounting and Financial Reporting Services:

·Support the day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients.

·Work with the client’s team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

·Review and monitor internal control framework.

·Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

·Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Financial Analysis and Forecasting:

·Develop dashboard reporting to help clients track their progress on achieving targets and monitor KPIs.

·Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential efficiencies.

·Develop and maintain financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting processes.

·Assist clients in making strategic financial decisions through data-driven insights.

Client Communication:

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs.

·Provide proactive financial guidance and respond to client inquiries promptly.

·Communicate financial results, analyses, and forecasts in a clear and concise manner to clients and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency:

·Expertise in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Xero to streamline bookkeeping processes.

·Proficiency in Power BI and other reporting tools to generate interactive and visually appealing financial reports and dashboards.

·Excel mastery for complex data manipulation, financial modeling, and analysis.

Requirements:

·CPA designation with 5-10 years post designation experience

·Expert level Excel skills

·Demonstrated experience serving multiple clients

·Proven expertise in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Power BI, etc.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
