What your team does:


Redstone is an industry-leading agency focused on delivering outsourced services to not-for-profit professional and trade associations. These services include event management, board of director services, certification and accreditation, membership services (retention and acquisition), project management, sponsorship program, financial services, and so much more! Your role focuses on supporting Redstone’s HR and Culture & Operations departments with functions such as full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, managing employee records and databases, culture initiatives, and more!


What you’ll do:


Recruitment


  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leaders and internal partners involved in all aspects of the recruiting process
  • Assist in revising, creating and posting job descriptions on Redstone’s Careers Site
  • Creatively find resources and avenues to support fulfilling recruitment demands for niche roles (i.e., headhunting)
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes by identifying candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews and reference checks for Redstone and 1 client
  • Maintain data integrity in our ATS (Teamtailor) in every aspect of the recruitment process
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and universities and securing Redstone’s virtual or in-person booth at Student Career Fairs
  • Ability to recruit for 2-10 roles at any given time, including permanent roles and internships across all departments
  • Ensure a superb candidate experience, providing timely feedback and managing expectations throughout the different recruitment stages
  • Grow and proactively nurture a robust candidate pipeline for key positions using different sourcing channels
  • Gain a robust understanding of Redstone and the opportunities and services we offer to best identify and obtain top candidates


HR Tasks


  • Ensure all HR-related systems, data and spreadsheets are up-to-date and accurate
  • Support performance management processes and ensure performance reviews are set up and completed in an accurate manner
  • Support the rollout of various HR & Culture programs and initiatives as needed
  • Support the management of Redstone’s HRIS (Hibob) and prepare reports on general HR activities
  • Facilitate offboarding processes, including changes to HR databases and equipment retrieval in partnership with Culture & Operations team
  • Assist with the development of organizational guidelines and procedures including drafting policies and updating the Employee Handbook
  • Successfully execute and organize onboarding tasks, HR orientations, and work closely with Redstone’s Culture & Operations team for technology management, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
  • Draft staffing and other HR announcements communications for internal circulation (The Redstone Weekly)
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

  • You have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles
  • You have a university/college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field
  • Your first instinct when confronting a new problem that you don’t know the answer to is to figure it out, then chart a path forward (resourcefulness)
  • You can work independently but also work effectively in a team environment
  • You can juggle priorities in a busy and ever-changing virtual office environment, to balance multiple projects at once and adhere to strict deadlines
  • You can execute a significant amount of judgment, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion in all aspects of the role
  • You have the ability to work outside of regular working hours as required, including extended hours, holidays and weekends during busy periods and peak seasons


Serious bonus points if:


  • You have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS (we use Teamtailor and Hibob)
  • You have experience working at an Agency, and/or the Events and Association Management industry
  • You are bilingual in English / French


Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience
