Position Summary
Are you an HR enthusiast looking for an exciting opportunity? We're seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team and who will report to a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative, coordination, and functional support to the HRBP team. You'll be responsible for managing a wide range of responsibilities that cover the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and HR reporting. A day in the life of an HR Coordinator...
Get ready to join a dynamic team of HR professionals and make a real impact as an HR Coordinator! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across HR and the business to provide exceptional support and guidance. You'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your Human Resources experience. As a key member of the HRBP team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that HRBPs, managers, and employees receive the highest quality information, advice, and support throughout the employee lifecycle. Together with the HRBP team, you'll work closely with the business to create a diverse and inspiring workplace that makes a positive impact. And that's not all - as an HR Coordinator, you'll also:
HR Administration and Process Support:
  • Complete relevant forms or HR transactions to support the processed of employee life cycle activities
  • Support development of employee letters not managed by the Talent Acquisition team
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR administration/time management related subjects through clear and well communicated processes; support that is not managed by the CoS
  • Tracking, follow up and submission of all leave requests
  • Support HRBP's in executing various HR administrative activities which cannot be automatized nor transferred to the HR Services Centre of Scale (CoS) such as employee file management etc.
Functional Development:
  • Work as part of the HRBP team to develop HR practices and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business. Utilise continuous improvement to develop functional efficiencies and ways or working
  • Actively participate in various HR projects including research and analysis, developing and revising policies/processes, and creating communication material
  • For policies, practices managed by the HRBP team, update me@nestlé and the Knowledge Management System to ensure it contains relevant and accurate information and guidance to employees, line managers, HR professionals and CoS HR services
Performance & Talent Management:
  • Support key HRBP activities in the performance and talent management cycles including reporting, HR administrative support for Performance Calibration and Talent sessions and any required SuccessFactor systems updates
HR Reporting:
  • Provide support to HRBP's in generating reports from the HR systems and importantly, provide insights and analysis
Employee/Team Engagement:
  • Provide coverage for HR team members as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and respectful work environment that supports colleagues to ensure optimal team functioning and in alignment Nestlé Leadership Framework and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles

  • Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and changing priorities while maintaining high degree of accuracy and customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication including a demonstrated aptitude in drafting and editing high quality and concise written communications; excellent research and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and building rapport skills including the ability to quickly and effectively relationship build with all stakeholders, both internal and external, irrespective of background or role
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced problem solver
  • University degree preferably in HR
  • Demonstrated Initiative to take leading steps or action, without direction, in order to accomplish tasks or objectives
  • Experience working in an HR system; prior experience in SuccessFactors and SAP is an asset
  • Strong technology aptitude / ability to learn and utilize new and existing software quickly and effectively including a proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Confidentiality / trust – the ability to gain and maintain the trust and the personal commitment to confidentiality and handling highly sensitive information
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
