About the opportunity:
The Senior HR Systems Analyst works with the HR Systems Manager to deliver operational effectiveness (including core data and functionality) of multiple systems including SAP HCM, KRONOS, SuccessFactors, Concur, People Fluent and interfaces. This includes maintaining data integrity, participating in the analysis, design, and implementation of current and emerging business processes, business systems, and upgrades, as well as performing testing. Other responsibilities include producing human resources data analytics, reports, root cause analysis, timely response to business inquiries, provide guidance and support to the business as needed including ongoing system training to human resources team.
The attributes we are looking for:
· Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all HR systems, ensuring systems are optimally configured, maintained, and utilized. Serve as the internal technical contact, providing insights and support to users in terms of functionality and tools available. Sets up user profiles and supports new system implementations and upgrades.
· Support the maintenance of all personnel data in the human resources information system, SAP, which includes maintaining/configuring tables, and uploading or entering individual data. Maintain SAP operations by reviewing user access, requesting, and implementing system enhancements and conducting testing with I.T., and providing user training.
· Support human resources analytics such as various metrics reports by collecting and compiling data and distributing it to multiple departments locally as well as Group corporate office. Provide employee/ organizational information on a regular and ad/hoc basis such as producing organizational charts and generating system reports from SAP.
· Ensure routine audits are conducted and take corrective action to ensure data integrity. Audits include core HR data and data accuracy with a financial / payroll lens to support zero warning / errors on interface process.
· Provides oversight for all data feeds across the various HR platforms.
· Prepare HR Dashboard which entails analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data and proactively identifying trends.
· Provide support for the Performance Management system by maintaining employee data, generating reports, and trouble-shooting technical issues in conjunction with line manager, employees, and HR representative.
· Assist with the design, development, and implementation of short term and long term HRIS strategic plan and roadmap.
· Participate, support and lead HR projects as needed.
What you will bring:
· University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum (5) years’ experience as HR Systems Analyst
· Solid understanding of HR processes and how they link to the HR systems.
· Strong analytical skills
· Understanding of financial reporting and variance analysis
· Highly proficient with standard office computer technology such as Office 365 as well as advanced knowledge of SAP R3, OrgPublisher, and Kronos.
· Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
· High attention to detail and data accuracy with strict adherence to security policies and handling of confidential information
· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an agile environment, while meeting the needs and challenges of a dynamic business environment.
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
· Strong communication skills both oral and written, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
