RRSP contribution after 1 year of employment

Completion of a relevant post-secondary program in HR Management or equivalent is preferred.

Working knowledge of the NL Labour Standards Act and regulations.

Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain information in an organized and concise way.

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.

Act as our HR Team focal point for regular/annual/ad-hoc HR processes, programs, and reports.

Benefits administration experience would be an asset

Coordinate the co-op program, schedule interviews, liaise with partnered universities and students, create an engaging co-op experience

Administer employee benefits including processing enrollment and change forms, billing, invoicing and reporting

Minimum 2+ years of HR experience

Experience with WorkDay HRIS would be an asset

Previous experience with recruitment coordination

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Assist in the management of compensation data and participate in salary survey research.

Offer administrative aid to the Human Resources Manager.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and contractor records, including personal information, benefits, and attendance.

Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Support disciplinary actions and investigations under the guidance of HR Manager.

2-3 years of relevant HR experience

Responds to associates’ inquiries regarding pay and escalates to Supervisors or Management.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant post-secondary education; Payroll certification or equivalent an asset.

Must be knowledgeable and be able to follow GMPs, Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements.

Liaises with vendors to ensure the delivery of parts, services, and equipment per operational requirements.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a definite asset

Support data entry and record keeping to meet with environmental and regulatory requirements, such as air emissions and waste management.

Serve as the point of contact for local HR inquiries, including policy, pay, and benefits, directing employees as needed.

Manage employment-related documentation and file maintenance.

Conduct and analyze exit interviews and manage the exit process

Manage office equipment and supplies procurement.

Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in a similar role or capacity.
