Who we need:


We are looking for a Bilingual Copywriting Coordinator to join our Marketing Delivery team. You will contribute to developing compelling short copy for various marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, are customized to their geographic location in Canada, drive customer engagement, and support our loyalty initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our campaigns and to create member-centric experiences.

As our new Bilingual Copywriting Coordinator, you will:


  • Grow your knowledge. You will become deeply familiar with products, offers, and positioning. You will conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors. You will stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and channel copywriting and marketing best practices.
  • Develop captivating and compelling copy for marketing campaigns. You will create relevant and impactful content that aligns with our partners' voice and adheres to our brand guidelines, including emails, push notifications, SMS, and social media. You will collaborate with marketing managers, designers, and developers to brainstorm and develop campaign concepts and strategies. You will ensure all copy is accurate, error-free, and optimized for the channel.
  • Manage, analyze and pivot. You will manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliverables. You will monitor copy/campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. You will launch A/ B tests to optimize results and leverage AI tools to scale personalization.


You bring:


  • A passion for engaging customers. You have experience in copywriting and marketing campaigns; ideally, you have exposure to loyalty programs. You have exceptional English and French writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a proven ability to create targeted, persuasive copy that aligns with brand values, tone, and objectives.
  • The knowledge. You understand Quebec culture and bring insights into the unique factors to consider when creating marketing for audiences in Quebec. You have a strong understanding of marketing principles, target audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping. You have exposure to various online content strategies and familiarity with channel marketing best practices.
  • The technical skills. You are curious and have explored the possibilities of AI for content optimization. You are proficient with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media platforms. You have excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Relationship-building finesse. You are highly collaborative, with a deep appreciation for diverse ideas and approaches. You can build trust, influence decisions, and work closely across teams and with stakeholders.
