Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Toronto, ON-based company to hire a Finance & HR Coordinator. This will be a 3- month contract with the potential for an extension or to go permanent.


Benefits & Perks:


  • Hours per week: 35 Hours.
  • Please note, this is a fully on-site role.
  • Immediate Start.
  • Compensation: Up to $27/hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain the staff salary bi-weekly changes and payroll information on file.
  • Assisting with day-to-day transactions including accounts payable invoices.
  • Working closely with Finance Director and Human Resources Manager.
  • Maintain employee records including benefits records, personnel files, and time and attendance records.
  • Collect supporting documentation for accounting or HRIS processing and filing them.
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to benefits, HR policies, payroll, and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR including processing payroll, accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and account reconciliations.
  • Must have a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience working for a Non-Profit organization is an Asset.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks, and HRIS is an asset.
