The Talent


We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our software implementation firm to support the Microsoft Partner Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with various marketing activities, including creating marketing collateral, managing social media connect for our accounts, coordinating events, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.


The Commitment


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the Sales team and the Partner Marketing team.
  • Create and manage social media content and engagement for the company's social media accounts.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing collateral and digital asset library.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Assist with other marketing projects and duties as assigned
  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.


The Essentials


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite products and services is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is a plus.
