As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will assist with ongoing email marketing campaign services and analysis within a fast-growing marketing and technology services firm. You will join an evolving team focused on driving results for clients through data analysis, strategy development, email, and digital campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
- Coordinate/manage/test/deploy client email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with tech and business teams to approve content changes
- Work with the tech and account teams to set the schedules for all email campaigns
- Work with the creative agency to coordinate creative and content
- Support and testing for incoming inquiries (email/website incidents and requests)
- Validating and testing for email campaigns
- Understand internal system processes, and interface to provide support and improvements
- Supportive and knowledge document management
Content Marketing:
- Coordinate change requests of the client's website content
- Work with account manager to create weekly partner meeting agenda and coordinate internal and external updates
- Work with partners, creative agency and members of the partner management team to obtain offers and articles design
- Act as a communications channel between the client and tech team for quick revisions and updates as required
- Coordinate moving content live and any maintenance tasks required
- Work with Analytics Dashboard and provide quick stats and analysis when required by the client
- Timely post relevant tasks in Asana for the technical team and make sure all questions from the tech team are quickly answered to allow for quick built
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- An understanding of landing pages and web conversion best practices, including writing compelling copy, CTAs (calls to action), and testing/experimenting for maximum lead generation
- Must be fluent in written and oral English
- Experience in project and service management tools like: Figma, Asana, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Trello
- Superior time-management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines while planning to overcome obstacles
- Above all, an unrelenting commitment to clients and delivering value month-in, month-out to help build long-lasting, mutually beneficial client relationships
- Must be highly organized and have problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize efficiently
Nice to have:
- An understanding and ability to use or learn HTML/CSS knowledge
- An understanding of Google Analytics with the ability to analyze KPIs and provide recommendations
- Experience in business or system analysis
What You'll Need:
- A diploma or post-graduate certificate in marketing or proven experience in lieu of this education will be considered
- Minimum one year in either digital marketing, project support, technical support, or web development
