Marketing Senior Associate Jobs

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to insight discussions, end-of-phase / end-of-campaign reporting
• Planning and often managing event logistics: invitation development and distribution, registration management, presentation development, ROI metrics, and other related support as needed
• Create Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails. Understands buyer persona(s) and uses Salesforce technology to create targeted segments
• Support the Manager in developing the annual marketing plan, which includes goal setting, content strategy, tactic planning, budgeting, etc
• Collaborates with the social team on key messages for social media paid and social hub
• Manages sponsorship deliverables as applicable
• Draft internal communications including launch emails. Create and post resources to the internal portal to enhance knowledge sharing with PwC practitioners
• Understands data flows, inputs and how campaign performance is measured
• Learn and understand client issues, business needs and priority accounts and apply this understanding to account targeting and segmentation
• Create, review, and edit marketing materials to ensure content produced is of high quality, with consistent use of PwC guidelines
• Support our cross functional team (public relations, design, digital and communications) to plan, execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure adherence to timelines
• Establish yourself as a point of contact with the media agency, and deliver assets and traffic sheet
• Process and track the payment of invoices to ensure vendor payments meet all deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all inputs for measurement including naming conventions, trackable links, campaign reports, campaign URL trackers

Experience And Skills You’ll Use To Solve

• Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others
• Working experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is an asset
• When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset.
• Self-starter who can work well within a local and national team, and excels in a fast-paced, corporate environment
• Progressive marketing experience, preferred in a professional services firm or B2B marketing
• Navigate situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
