Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a leading multinational company specializing in digital automation and energy management. The successful candidate needs to be a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in marketing technology, Sales & Marketing Automation, and project management. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for scaling marketing technology solutions to country marketing teams to ensure successful adoption. You will be a key member on the marketing team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Country/Division Marketing, MarCom and other Operational teams within the DCE organization.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly by selecting the most ideal, scalable design for the business
  • Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues for MKTO and related integrations
  • Experience with Google platform (Analytics, Adwords, Tag manager)
  • MCSA certified strongly recommended, MCE required
  • Familiarity with B2B concepts such as lead funnel, buyer journey, pirate metrics, ABM, lead scoring
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on technology scaling and adoption.
