Responsibilities:

As an Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our product development manager, collaborating on various aspects of running our continuing education companies. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, emails, and website chats, to ensure our clients have an outstanding experience

- Organizing event dates and times, effectively coordinating with faculty speakers and team members

- Becoming a key player in event moderation, building comfortability on camera in a virtual audience setting, ensuring smooth and engaging educational events.

Furthermore, we highly value innovative thinking and initiative. We encourage you to bring your creative ideas to the table to enhance revenue generation, troubleshoot challenges, and propose solutions for system optimization and increased brand awareness.
