Job Description
Tipalti is looking for an innovative Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our Demand Generation team! You will influence the strategy and execution of account-based programs and campaigns. In collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline within primary accounts.


We're seeking a motivated self-starter who can create, execute, analyze and optimize targeted marketing programs while building solid cross-functional relationships. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a rocketship with a 98% customer retention rate built on trust and reliability.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and test targeted messaging that engages accounts based on account intel, use cases, and personas
  • Lead efforts to launch coordinated, multi-channel programs (may include social, advertising, email webinars, direct mail, events, etc.)
  • Track and analyze results and continually refine for optimal return on investment
  • Develop and execute the target account program, including strategy, budget, list management, account/contact follow-up, and reporting
  • Support driving registrations for field marketing events
  • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Development to develop hyper-targeted programs that generate and accelerate pipeline
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops to utilize data to inform target account selection and to prioritize and track accounts throughout the pipeline


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Excellent collaboration across teams, geos and roles
  • Strong project management and execution skills, balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
  • Work authorization and criminal background checks are required.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools*, processes, and workflows to define and report critical metrics for ABM activities - including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Postal, 6Sense, Turtl, LinkedIn
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment, ideally enterprise software and/or B2B SaaS
