Zexade is looking for an analytical and highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist who is passionate about marketing operations & technology, lead generation, and marketing analytics. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will implement the marketing operations strategy for our marketing programs, drive email marketing campaigns, and support analytics and reporting needs.

To excel in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in email marketing, developing lead nurture strategy, lead import and management, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics. Your insights and efforts will be crucial in optimizing pipeline development and maximizing return on marketing investment. Your work is vital in enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.

In this role, you will boost your career in Marketing Operations, while helping us expand the MOPS function at Zexade.

What You'll Do

Execute and contribute to our email marketing strategy including email calendar management, email development, deployment, and performance reporting.

Maintain a thorough understanding of email marketing best practices, and regulations throughout North America (including CASL), CCPA, and global markets (such as GDPR)

Optimize email KPIs such as open rate, Suspect to Prospect conversion rate, CTR, and unsubscribe rates.

Support the development of lead nurture strategy by building nurture streams through campaign workflows in HubSpot and report on the same.

Initiate and manage customer and partner marketing campaigns in conjunction with the customer, events, and partner marketing teams.

Assist demand generation by creating campaign automation, including workflows, forms, and other automation, in support of the marketing and sales team's goals.

Own marketing reporting enhancements across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau.

Analyze data gaps and implement practices that ensure high quality, reliable performance data.

Build and manage processes to optimize lead routing to the Sales team using tools like Dataloader.

Implement and assess testing initiatives to improve marketing execution and performance.

What You'll Bring To The Team

Enthusiasm and excitement about growing in the marketing operations and MarTech field.

3+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot/Pardot (required), Tableau (required), and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, Drift, Zapier, Zoom
