Responsibilities

As the GGB-Canada Practice Marketing Specialist, reporting to the AVP of Product and Practice Marketing, in support of the development and execution of Gallagher’s practice and product marketing initiatives in Canada.

You will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives and act as a primary marketing point of contact for Gallagher’s Canadian Practice Leads and Managing Directors! Responsibilities include the development and coordination of Practice-related marketing initiatives and campaigns, associated timelines and resources (internal and external), content distribution, measurement and analysis of Practice-related initiatives for efficiency, general project management and additional marketing initiatives as assigned. In addition, this role will require a service oriented and adaptable approach; optimistic demeanor and strong organization skills.

• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of Corporate standards Practice group campaign and external event coordination, monitoring and reporting including:
• Small design requests from Marcomms colleagues
• Competitive analysis
• Creative assets
• Coordinating the review and approval process with National and Divisional partners
• Project management of Practice and product-related marketing initiatives
• Building and establishing relationships across marketing resources in Canada and beyond
• Status reporting
• Thought Leadership
• Event and webinar management including the signature Gallagher Talks
• External client communications for Practice Groups (marketing cloud)
• Other duties as assigned by the AVP, Practice and Product Marketing, SVP Sales and Business Development or VP of Marketing and Communications
• Timeline management
• Content efficiency monitoring and reporting
• Market Report coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 year related experience required
• Experience with Workfront or other project management software/applications
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
• Insurance marketing and communications experience a plus
• Bilingual, ability to communicate in both French and English, spoken and written considered a strong asset
• SalesForce experience a plus

Work Environment Hybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office. This position can be based out of Gallagher's Toronto, Markham or Mississauga offices.
