What You Will Be Doing:


We are looking for a Program Manager to drive the adoption of our HR programs, including the ServiceNow Portal, promote self-service, and govern content and knowledge. Your strong and proactive organization and communications skills, process optimization, and customer-centric perspective will enable you to deliver powerful tools to continue to move and scale our HR programs. This role offers you an opportunity to partner closely with HR, leadership and multi-functional teams while supporting our strategic approach to ServiceNow HR. This is a distributed (remote) role and can be based throughout the United States.


Your Areas Of Focus Will Include


  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, feedback trends, and proactively engage key stakeholders.
  • Assist on special projects as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to the quality of content and best usage of platform components (announcements, case management, knowledge, journeys, etc.).
  • Develop and implement change management plans to promote the ongoing adoption of HR programs.
  • Enhance the Elastician experience by optimizing the platform and feature releases, while directing efforts and managing our system partner.
  • Prepare ServiceNow training material in partnership with HRIS, performing final review for quality and design standards.
  • Develop a coherent ServiceNow HR roadmap that aligns with HR objectives, business priorities, and the broader technology strategy.
  • Lead the ServiceNow Governance Committee, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment between IT and HR.
  • Program manage ServiceNow HR against the platform roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment across multiple functions across HR, IT, and other groups.
  • Lead the process design and journey mapping for key employee lifecycle events including on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Work closely with the HR Communications team to align HR program communication with the overall HR communication strategy.
  • Run the periodic review of articles and portal content. Identify and coordinate the reduction of knowledge and content gaps.
  • Lead the development and governance of the ServiceNow HR content strategy.

And Some Of The Basics


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field or have some demonstrable experience, education and training.
  • Experience building effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influencing behavior, and leading change.
  • 5-7 years of program or content management experience working in a global organization. It's totally okay if your experience is not in HR.
  • A sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches is definitely a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading the ServiceNow Employee Center and HR Knowledge Base is a plus.
  • Testing experience (both end-to-end and user acceptance).
  • Project management, stakeholder management, and process management skills.
  • High degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations.


Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.


The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.


These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.


An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.


Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.


The typical starting salary range for this role is:


$106,900—$169,050 USD


The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:


$128,200—$202,745 USD
