IT Program Leader
Location: This position can be worked as a hybrid working arrangement out of any North American StandardAero site.

As an IT Program Leader you will manage a team of technologists across different domains to manage M&A projects from due diligence of new M&A opportunities to execution of integration projects on acquisitions.
What you’ll do:
- Create a set of templates and metrics that are reusable to accelerate future integration projects.
- Adopt secure by design mindset in the overall integration strategy to ensure security is at the forefront by carrying out StandardAero security team recommendations as part of the project execution.
- Ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the stated business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans for one or more integration projects and lead the execution to drive successful outcomes by partnering with the enterprise architects, business analysts and the functional leaders.
- Facilitate joint planning sessions with the various technology teams in the evaluation of integration strategies and put together a detailed resource and project plans.
- Set project timelines, monitor and control to ensure project outcomes are met on time and on budget through timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
- Partner with the functional leaders of the acquired business in developing a communication strategy to support seamless employee experience in the adoption of StandardAero technologies and tools
- Partner with the Seller and StandardAero internal technology teams to lead due diligence to develop a high-level blueprint for integration of technologies and IT systems.
- Lead detailed technical and functional testing of migration of users, systems and servers to StandardAero network domain.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of project execution including assessment of risks, risk mitigation and communicating impact to current processes and escalations as appropriate
- Lead cross functional business teams in the evaluation of acquired IT systems and develop a detailed roadmap of integration of these systems with StandardAero technologies and systems.
- Responsible for managing the M&A IT integration budget and ensure annual budgets performance are met.
What skills you will require:
- Experience leading teams to execute project activities in the implementation of technologies around infrastructure, Security and Enterprise Architecture in support of M&A integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline desired or equivalent experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work without organizational authority across organizational boundaries to identify information needs and to design and implement applications that fulfill them.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a broad range of company processes and supporting Business Systems functionality at a manufacturing site.
- At least 5 years’ project management experience, working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional change management leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- PMI certification desired
- Experience leading M&A IT integration projects is highly preferable
