Job Summary
Technology Operations Analyst assists with development, integration and maintenance of our enterprise workload automation suite with additional responsibilities. This role will also support and continuously improve Event, Change and Problem management processes throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle for the mission critical systems, applications and services at TMX.
Reports to: Head of Technology Operations
Key Accountabilities

• Liaise with varying teams to identify and resolve project/change requirements
• Participate in daily scrums within the team, including the identification of issues/barriers
• Be part of an on-call rotation for production issue and change management
• Assist with job scheduling for our mission critical trading and clearing systems
• Identification and execution of continuous improvement activities

Must Haves

• A self-starter who can proactively manage their time and priorities to be successful
• Great teammate who is willing and able to meet challenging project requirements and schedules
• A strong communicator who writes and speaks effectively
• A problem solver who brings a high attention to detail with the ability to learn and multitask
• Hands-on experience with all or one of: BMC Control-M, ServiceNow
• 5+ years of relevant experience within IT with financial and or mission critical systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Splunk
• A background in Software Testing/QA
• Ability to read and interpret shell scripts
