The Role:
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, the IT Helpdesk Analyst will join the IT team to provide Talize employees with timely and effective technical support for IT equipment and business applications.
Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Take part in other IT projects and change initiatives as required.
• Provide day-to-day support related to IT equipment and business applications.
• Play a key role in IT Onboarding and off-boarding of employees.
• Ensure requests and issues are properly documented and effectively resolved in a timely manner while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Working knowledge of Active Directory as well as Azure AD administration.
• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft
• Proven skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and VPN related issues.
• Customer service focus.
• Good knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting computers, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• ITIL
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and other associates.
• One or more of the following certifications:
• Network +
• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science and/or 2-3 years of work experience in the IT field.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, printers/scanners, and audio/visual equipment.
• Nice to have:  Retail / POS experience.

 
Work Conditions

• 40-hour (temporarily hybrid) work week with on-call rotation.
• Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
• Comfortable with handling tools to repair IT equipment and network wiring.
• Travel to Company’s stores and other locations as required.
