Snapshot of the Job:

Under the direction of the IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and contributing to the business activities related to information technology, systems development, and business processes impacted by IT systems. The role works cross-functionally across multiple sites to achieve objectives. The IT Support Analyst must ensure the proper functioning of IT systems. The IT Support Analyst will also act as a change agent following project management principles while ensuring excellent communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up new workstations and transfer computers for new employees
• Deliver all project milestones on time, on budget and within the scope
• Perform other duties as required
• Provide IT support to end users
• Administer the telephone system (IP)
• Support users, recommend enhancements, and test new features for the corporate ERP system (Evolution)
• Use working knowledge of the organization’s processes and software applications to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes and new application features
• Create, document, and maintain IT procedures (written and video) for new and ongoing training
• Test IT applications such as website and phone software
• Configure, test, and evaluate new/existing hardware and new application features
• Assist with hardware asset management
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure the proper functioning of networks and computer equipment.

Qualifications

• May require work outside regular hours for supporting IT changes/emergencies
• 1-2 years experience in end-user support
• High level of adaptability to change
• Bilingualism is an asset, in French and English, spoken and written.
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Experienced in Windows Server operating system, Windows Active Directory, Office 365 technologies, networks, computer security and telephony systems with IP technology
• College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Able to analyze, problem-solve and manage projects effectively
• 1-2 years experience in software application testing
• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
