It Support (Junior) Jobs

The IT Support agent will work under the direction of the internal Service Desk team. This will include the deployment of 120 - 250 PCs and 80-120 iPhones, replacing our client's old devices. Other work may include workstation setups, client workstation moves, hardware deployment and storage management, device preparation for KTLO purposes.

Key competencies include:

1. Have 2-3 IT support experience, corporate environment preferred.
2. Understand the requirements and demand of ExT and other VIP clients.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Experience working in-person with clients.
6. Experience with administration of Active Directory, Exchange, and 0365 Suite.
7. Experience supporting Windows 10 & iOS devices.
8. Experience with Microsoft Intune & Auto-Pilot is preferred.

Scope of responsibilities in replacing computers includes (not limited)

1. Gathering requirements directly from our clients/users and their current computers
2. Imaging new computers using AutoPilot
3. Installing application
4. Transferring required data/profile.
5. Deploying the new computer to the user.
6. Post deployment support and troubleshooting.
7. Retrieving older computers from the users.
8. Documenting system information, condition of the older units.

Scope of responsibilities in replacing iPhones includes (not limited)

1. Working with clients to back up their data (If required).
2. Setting up new iPhones.
3. Restoring/Transferring data to new iPhone.
4. Setting up HOOPP company profile for the user in their new iPhone.
5. Help setting up some of the required business apps.
6. Retrieve older iPhones from clients after resetting to factory defaults.
7. Documenting old iPhone information and condition.
