This position is responsible for remotely supporting the deployment process, monitoring the operation, and troubleshooting. Xandar Kardian is a pioneer in the field of radar technology and the radar device needs to be handled with care when deploying the system to the real-life environment.
These activities would include verifying that the physical condition works for the sensor, setting the right parameters, configuring the network information, and finally ensuring that the physical installation and software configuration are as intended, by co-working with on-site technicians.
After the deployment, validation testing and monitoring activities will be conducted, and they need to be documented in a way that the team can seamlessly follow the situation. In addition to that, when challenging situations happen, active and continuous engagement with the other team member would be required until the issue would be resolved.
This role will work closely with the Project manager, IoT engineers and the other IT support engineers and active, positive, and creative communication skills will be one of the major requirements for this role.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
·Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.
·Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
·Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, software updates, and evolving IT environments.
·Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively in a dynamic work environment.
·Efficiently handle incoming support requests and meet response time and resolution targets.
·Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Continuous learning mindset of staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
·Great communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts in a way that non-technical others can understand.
·Creating and updating knowledge base documents for efficient problem-solving and future reference.
·Clear and well-descriptive documentation skills to maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions implemented, and system configurations.
Qualification
·A degree or diploma in the IT field. (Preferred)
·Basic knowledge of LAN and wireless networks system
·Familiarity with general OS systems, Linux Debian, Enterprise, programming languages,
·and Office Software
·Proficiency in providing remote assistance and readiness for on-site visits when necessary.
