It Technician Jobs

My client HCC have a new position for an IT support technician.

The role will consist of on-the-job training, providing first level IT support for Hampshire County Council staff in support of the Laptop Refresh Project.

• Office based in Winchester
• £117 a day Inside IR35

Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with second and third level support teams to escalate and resolve problems where necessary.
• Review and improve internal training plans and documentation to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, including Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety.

• Create detailed logs and use support documentation to resolve or record incidents in an efficient manner.
• Provide support for both technical and customer service queries within the team.

• Working within the IT Service Desk to provide first level support for incidents and service requests.
