Overview Level 1 Support Technician is a customer service role responsible for providing technical assistance to customers. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to customer inquiries, and providing basic technical support. The Level 1 Support Technician is the first point of contact for customers and is expected to provide a high level of customer service. Detailed Job Description The Level 1 Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers. The Level 1 Support Technician is the first point of contact for customers and is expected to provide a high level of customer service. Job Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of technical support experience
• A+ certification or equivalent

• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
