Job Description

Describe your team - size, structure, team culture:

  • Working with L1 Support, Devs, DevOps, SRE


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Be the L2/L3 support escalation point, troubleshoot incidents, drill down into code level to find out the root cause.
  • Work with stakeholders to manage problems.
  • Solve security scan failures.
  • Handle BAU activities and service requests, e.g., Server migration, security review, certificates update, DR, etc.


Project Name(s), if applicable:

  • DevOps and production support for GAM Investment Platforms


What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? How frequently will the resource be using this?

  • C# - Can read and debug python codes
  • Docker - Create docket image and run it in Kubernetes
  • Python - Can read and Debug Python codes
  • SQL - Experienced in SQL, be able to debug


Must-have skills/ experiences/ education/ designations:

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related technical degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Experience in working with Windows Server, Linux, Docker containers, cloud
  • Experience supporting business critical enterprise application suites
  • Experience working with databases and writing/debugging SQL
  • Understanding of programming languages preferably Python and C#


Nice-to-have skills/ experiences/ education/ designations:

  • Experience in DevOps and SRE
  • Knowledge of OpenShift and Azure
