Have 2-3 IT support experience, corporate environment preferred.

Creates and manages all Windows-based servers, including print servers, file servers for all users, email and antivirus servers;

Manages Network devices including internal and external firewalls, spam filters, routers and switches;

Knowledge of computer languages, operating, business and information systems, development tools and automation processes;

Able to meet the testing and police security requirements and maintain confidentiality; and

Deliver the training in accordance with the course Lesson Plan, using appropriate Adult Education techniques

Achieved the rank of Master Corporal or Sergeant AND a minimum of 3 years experience instruction in the subject area

Must hold a valid Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) Certification

Developing or revising lesson plans, instructional material, and training aids

Developing or revising courseware based on input from the Project Authority

Set up the classroom prior to the start of the scheduled start time
