Junior Specialist IT Network

• Place: Laval (4204 boul. Industriel)
• Type of Employment: Permanent
• Hybridmode: 3 days from the office and 2 days remotely

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Network IT Support professional who will be working as part of the Network Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive IT Network monitoring,

supporting users in all IT Network related issues, taking responsibility for them, and finding solutions in cooperation with other departments and vendors.

What You’ll Do

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better: 

• Support users all over the world in solving network operation’s issues
• Proactive monitoring of network infrastructure
• Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Document solutions into Knowledge Base articles to improve service delivery and quality
• Use of Remote support and desktop sharing technologies
• Be a part of 24/7 service
• Create and maintain documentation in the Service Management tool
• Analyze and document reported issues and outages - determine severity and impact of reported issues, and begin incident management process
• Connectivity, network support and troubleshooting in a complex, multi-site LAN/WAN environment

What You’ll Need

We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Fluent English, verbal and written is required/ Fluent French verbal and written is required ;
• Minimum 3rd year of Telecommunication/Computer Science academic studies (preferred computer networking profile)
• Experience at IT support position
• Python, Andible automation skill will be additional benefit
• Comprehensive understanding of IT technology with a focus on IP networks
• Ability to work on Shifts Schedule 24/7
• Open and communicative personality
