THE ROLE
As Arete’s Network Specialist, you’ll work with a skilled team of colleagues from across Canada. You’ll be our go-to person for recruiting mental health professionals with specific credentials (as identified by our team of clinical coordinators) and then responsible for onboarding, training and orienting these professionals to the Arete Network and team.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Building relationships with new professionals within our network
- Vetting mental health professional applications
- Completing administrative tasks that support the Clinical Services team
- Creating opportunities for professionals to learn about Arete and apply to become part of our network
- Proactively building a database of the Arete Network our clinical coordinators can rely on
- Reviewing and managing our existing network

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• A diploma or degree in psychology, social work or a health/education-related discipline.
• Experience with recruitment, training and onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and database technology.
• Experience within an Employee Assistance Program environment is an asset.
