Possess 5 to 7 years of senior-level technical support, system administration, or equivalent client-facing experience in a fast-paced, technically demanding setting.

Strong communication abilities to effectively address customer issues and champion their success.

Robust networking background, encompassing skills in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP), DHCP, DNS, VPN, IPV4, and IPV6.

Experience planning and overseeing the drilling of observation / monitoring wells and collecting groundwater level and chemistry data.

Experience applying scientific theory, policy, and regulation (for example, surface and groundwater hydraulics, hydrology, and hydrogeology) to practical on-the-ground situations.

Experience planning, organizing and leading field-based surface and groundwater assessments and providing oversight to those engaged in these activities.
