Job Description
IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Reports to: Lead IT Support


Permanent – Full-Time


The IT Support Specialist ensures the smooth running of the IT team environment and our users, and is committed to providing exceptional IT service.


With the aim of improving the overall user experience and IT environment, the individual has a keen interest in the continuous improvement of IT services, procedures and related technologies.


Respons i bilities


  • Escalate to next level as required;
  • Manage Level 1 and 2 tickets (requests and incidents) from end to end;
  • Work with users to assess and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site;
  • Perform first-level system administrator tasks;
  • Teams Rooms support;
  • Manage user access to the Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration portals;
  • Perform all related tasks to ensure the smooth running of IT services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues, as required;
  • Configure and install workstations;
  • Write technical documentation;


Experience And Qualifications


  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems;
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting and troubleshooting various IT problems ;
  • College diploma in IT or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience in troubleshooting various technologies and user experiences;
  • Audio-visual experience an asset;
  • Experience with video game equipment and environments (PC and game consoles );
  • Bilingual French-English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS cell phones in an MDM context;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Networking skills (IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS );
  • Understanding of domains, user profiles and their operation (advanced level );
  • Experience of working in a structured service team with an ITIL approach;
  • Strong knowledge of the M365 suite;
