• Analyze pharmacy claims data, develop trends, identify trend drivers, and build associated dashboards and reports
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, support development and testing of processes, and understand and document applications, data, and associated technologies for the Pharmacy Department
• Act as a liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT and Pharmacy
• Develop expertise in data and systems leveraged internally and externally for the Pharmacy Department
• Acquire, model, and analyze data to develop business logic for Pharmacy Department initiatives and PBM oversight
• Position: Remote Senior Pharmacy Performance Specialist

Qualifications

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Bachelor's Level Degree in Business Administration/Management or Health Information Technology
• Experience in data analysis, database management, health plan claims disbursement, and managed care
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, programming, operations analysis, service orientation, and systems analysis
