Job Description

IT SUPPORT

Work experience with:

o Installing and managing virtual machines on AWS and Azure

o Certificate Installation and maintenance

o Experience with installing, maintenance and troubleshooting with

Sophus Firewall and Security

o Work experience with Sage 300, a plus

o Work experience with Linux, a plus

o Accounting background, a plus

o Work experience using support ticket tracking tools such as Jira

o Experience working in a business or industrial work environment

 Technical Support

o Providing technical assistance with computer hardware and

software

o Experience with Office 365

o Experience with Share Point Application and management

 Business Support

o Log bugs and enhancement requests

o Provide training for platform to business users

 Strong customer service skills

 Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

 Previous working experience in IT support for 5 years

 University degree in Computer Science or Management Information

Systems (MIS)
