Location

This position is remote. However, Gambit ID is located in Ottawa, ON and peak times are 8:00am-4:00pm EDT.

The Role

We are currently looking for a full time IT Support and Tester. The primary focus of the role will be to providing technical support to our clients, as well as creating and executing test cases. We provide a wide range of challenges offering the ideal candidate with great learning experiences. Core Responsibilities:

• Assist the CTO coordinate day to day operations.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Provide first level and second level support.

An Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional customer service demonstrating a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Strong ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills.
• College diploma or university degree in a field related to Computer Science, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• French is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, and in a team environment.
• Willingness to take on opportunities outside comfort zone.

Compensation

This is an entry level position, but base salary will vary based on background and relevant experience. In addition, you will be eligible for monetary performance bonuses.
