Le chef du soutien technique sera responsable de ce qui suit :

  • Analyser les indicateurs du support technique afin d'identifier les moyens d'améliorer l'expérience des clients.
  • S'assurer que l'équipe de support technique dispose des compétences et des connaissances nécessaires.
  • Gérer les budgets et les ressources de l'assistance technique.
  • Veiller à ce que les services d'assistance technique répondent aux attentes et aux normes des clients.
  • Hiérarchiser les demandes d'assistance technique et les remontées d'informations.
  • Le responsable du service d'assistance sera chargé de :
  • Gérer une équipe de professionnels de l'assistance technique afin de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et de résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques.
  • Gérer les outils, les systèmes et les ressources du support technique.
  • Élaborer et tenir à jour les politiques, les procédures et le matériel de formation en matière de support technique.
  • Améliorer les services d'assistance technique et s'assurer que les clients ont une bonne expérience.
  • Travailler avec d'autres services pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et améliorer la qualité des produits.


Les qualifications requises pour le chef du soutien technique sont les suivantes:

  • Expérience des logiciels et outils d'assistance technique.
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de cybersécurité.
  • Au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la gestion de l'assistance technique ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle.
  • Licence en informatique, en systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer efficacement les tâches.
  • Excellente connaissance des logiciels, du matériel et des systèmes de réseau.
  • Solides compétences en matière d'esprit critique.
  • Connaissance de l'ITIL et des meilleures pratiques ITSM.
  • Solide compréhension des technologies matérielles, logicielles et des systèmes de réseau.
  • Solides compétences en matière de leadership, de coaching et de gestion d'équipe.

HelpDesk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the technical support team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze technical support metrics to identify ways to improve customer experience.
  • Manage technical support tools, systems, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain technical support policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Ensure technical support services meet customer expectations and standards.
  • Prioritize technical support requests and escalations.
  • Work with other departments to fix technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Improve technical support services and make sure customers have a great experience.
  • Manage technical support budgets and resources.
  • Manage a team of technical support professionals to provide great customer service and resolve technical issues quickly.


The required qualifications for the Help Desk Manager are:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in technical support management or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network system technologies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with technical support software and tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
