Take on initial telephone or email inquiries from clients
Logging call / email activity
Manage help desk software or ticket system
Troubleshooting and managing simple EDI related issues
Must possess good communication skills either via phone or email
Self-motivated, ability to swap between different tasks/issues quickly and efficiently.
Stay up to date with updates, changes within the company
Research questions on available resources (FAQ manual etc.)
Delegate difficult problems to the second level support

Experience working with EDI
o For Transportation: 204/990, 210, 214
o For Orders to Cash: 850/875, 810/880, 855, 856, 820, 870, 864
- Experience working with SAP
o Preferably SAP TM for Transportation
o Preferably SAP OTC for Orders to Cash
- Experience with AS2 communications, preferably Cyclone
- Experience reading translation maps and finding data errors
