Job Description

You would like to be part of a major Canadian financial company. You are a professional looking for new challenges in the IT field located in downtown Montreal. Moreover, you will have the chance to develop your expertise in the field with passionate and qualified professionals.
Reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, you will optimize the quality of IT interventions and services offered, acting as a resource person and technical advisor in your field of expertise.

Responsibilities
  • SCCM investigation, tracking installation issues, log analysis, understanding dependencies, sub-dependencies, prerequisites and detection methods.
  • Document all interventions and solutions for incidents in our ITSM system (Remedy).
  • Ability to analyze SCCM logs and provide solutions to installation issues
  • Creation / modification of PowerShell scripts
  • Prepare workstations and modify existing applications based on user needs.
  • Extensive experience with MAC support, configuration processes, incident investigations, etc.
  • Provide technical support both through the IT SHOP and remotely to respond to user requests and implement necessary fixes.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Knowledge of Office 365 is preferred
  • Good ability to work in a team
  • Excellent leadership skills
