Title: Bilingual Desktop Analyst - senior
Location: Montreal, 1-2 day/week face-to-face

- 10 years of IT experience
- SCCM, Active directory, MDM Intune, Microsoft Windows, Office 365
- Automation of application installation in app-v and msi.
- Ability to write documents (ex: technical specifications)
- Bilingual with French and English
Assets:
- Good knowledge of security principles, MDM mobility solutions, network and storage.
Job description:
Main tasks :
- Analysis of office automation needs and technological choices for the entire organization and upgrading of operating systems, software and applications of the computer park
- Approval and realization of production releases and coordination of operations with the business sectors.
- Support of analysts and technicians responsible for customer service.
