Senior IT Analyst - CyberArk

In the role of Principal GIA Analyst, the selected candidate will be shaping the future of our client's deliveries and their evolution. Leveraging their advanced knowledge of technologies and specific skills in CyberArk, they will play a crucial part in the most significant technological upgrade in the client's history.

The selected candidate will work closely with the architect and product owner to collect relevant technical information for ongoing projects. Furthermore, they will act as an IT analyst, handling both business and functional analysis.

The role involves:
* Providing technical support to IT operations and ensuring various follow-ups
* Writing functional specifications, operating procedures, and methods. Developing documentation, preparing and disseminating training for users
* Actively participating in the development of implementation strategies, analysis, design, and documentation of programs or applications
* Collaborating in operational development and integrations:
o Operational - Configuring and maintaining the evolution of the HPAM solution
o Operational - Coding task automation in CyberArk via the in-house Pam-Auto tool o Integrations - Developing web plugins for CyberArk o Integrations - Configuring CPM and PSM plugins

Requirements:
* Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Advanced knowledge and experience with CyberArk
* Experience with identity access management (authentication, authorization, access control, etc.)
* Proficiency in Agile work methodology (Epic, Scrum, PO Sync, etc.)
* Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English, as international collaboration will be required
* Practical understanding of application architecture and related technologies
* Experience with continuous testing (SauceLabs, Selenium)
* Familiarity with some of the following technical concepts/tools:
o Cloud AWS / Azure
o DevSecOps
o CyberArk
o API REST
o SQL Language
o LDAP and/or AD
o CyberArk
* Skills in client service orientation, excellent communication, team mindset, and the ability to simplify risk and present to different audiences (technical, business, etc.)
* Experience in developing plugins for integrations and task automation via tool development.
