Contribute to the management of backup and restoration systems.

Oversee day-to-day administration of our Windows server environment, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and associated applications.

Resolve network connectivity concerns, including VPN support.

Utilize imaging and deployment tools (similar to SCCM) to ensure uniform workstation and application deployment.

Develop and maintain comprehensive procedural documentation and user-centric issue resolution guides.

Present timely and innovative solutions to intricate problems.

Support the IT Manager and Director IS/IT with administration tasks and participate in new technology investigations.

Essential Physical Requirement: Ability to lift 40 pounds and sit/stand for 8 hours

Strong communication and customer service skills in English.

Experience in technical support for Microsoft Office, Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.

Significant experience in customer service.

Windows Certifications (MCSA, CompTIA A+) or other desktop certifications.

Act as the primary contact for incident and request management

Experience/knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012)

Experience/knowledge of Windows 7, XP, HyperV, Citrix and Office tools (MS Office, Outlook, VPN, Intranet, Internet, antivirus, virtual machine, etc.)

Manage incidents and requests, diagnose, prioritize and resolve issues

1 - 3 years of experience in user support

Knowledge of how a computer and telecommunications network works (Cisco infrastructure)

Manage computing hardware systems deployment and return process

1-3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk role or similar (IT graduates with no experience will also be considered)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills using logic and search engines

Fast learning skills due to dynamically changing, fast-paced environment

Substantial IT experience in an ITIL environment for a minimum of 3-5 years

Accredited education in Information Technologies, certified IT Specialist, or equivalent

Sound knowledge of ticket systems and support processes, particularly Service Now Platform

Hands-on experience with server operations, server backup, demo/meeting/training rooms, video conferencing, and printer services

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Technology and current Office 365 Suite/Azure AD standards

Hands-on experience with network technologies and administration (AD/DNS/WINS) for WAN/LAN/WLAN would be highly advantageous
