We are currently looking for (2) Bilingual Technical Supports for one of our clients in the printing industry.

• On-site presence is required from Monday to Friday.
• 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate teams.
• Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance solutions provided to customers.
• Carry out company-specific procedures designed for Major Account Customers in order to fulfill service level agreements.
• Maintain product and software knowledge.
• Proactively communicate the benefits of issue diagnosis and resolution to customers.
• Diagnose and validate entitlements, including warranty/contract and billing status, before initiating onsite service calls or escalations.
• Perform well in performance metrics related to customer experience and technical issue resolution.
• Reduce customer downtime by efficiently resolving technical issues and providing timely support.
• Provide superior customer experience by delivering remote hardware, software, and network technical support solutions to internal and external customers and partners.
• Provide feedback on policies and procedures to improve the customer experience.
• Use advanced tools and technologies to troubleshoot and resolve problems received via telephony, portal tickets, emails, and web chat.

What you will need to succeed:

• High level of achievement and self-motivation.
• Effective multitasking with attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
• Experience troubleshooting technology issues such as Xbox, PlayStation, mobile devices, software, computers, printers, etc. is an asset.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Technical support experience is an asset.
• Post-Secondary Education is an asset.
• Ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
• Support center experience is an asset.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
