Blackcreek has a full-time position immediately available for an exceptional person to join our Managed Services technical team of 6+. We provide the opportunity to work in a casual but fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. We offer a competitive salary, flexible hours, and an excellent benefit package. Position to be based out of Stratford office. Potential for Work from Home Days.
Intermediate IT / Network & Support Engineer
Our ideal candidate will have an IT Diploma or Degree and/or relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP/MCSA/MCSE, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals+ plus proven experience (5+ years). Candidate should thrive on technology and will be a proven fast learner able to adapt to fast paced and changing technologies but still happy to work within constraints of providing standardized and proven solutions.
Experience in supporting, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Windows based servers (2012-2022) (physical & virtual & hybrid), workstations as well as complex networks (ie. vlans, routing) together with automation tools and systems used in providing standardized, documented solutions and support.
Experience in supporting, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft 365 (Hosted Exchange, Teams, Device Management, Security, Azure AD). Opportunity to be M365 Admin team member with a goal of attaining Expert Level Microsoft 365 Certification at Enterprise Administration Level.
Successful candidate will have strong installation and troubleshooting skills with hardware and software, outstanding customer service skills including the ability to establish and maintain trusted advisor status with clients as Technical Lead. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), self-motivation, excellent time management & recording skills, and a proven team player. Good driving record and "G" license required. Must be bondable.
