Dans Vos Fonctions, Vous Serez Appelé à


  • Documenter et développer une connaissance approfondie de l'architecture / infrastructure informatique existante de l'entreprise et du portefeuille technologique concernant les normes LAN, WAN, de sécurité réseau, sans fil et de câblage.
  • Mener des recherches sur les technologies de réseau émergentes à l'appui des efforts de développement des infrastructures et recommander des technologies qui augmenteront la rentabilité et la flexibilité des infrastructures.
  • Gérer le support, la disponibilité et la performance des réseaux de données (WAN, LAN, sans fil, sécurité réseau et câblage) pour Airbus Canada LP, Mirabel Canada (3000+ utilisateurs), y compris le siège social, les bureaux régionaux, les centres de distribution, les bureaux régionaux et nos entrepôts.
  • Concevoir, développer et superviser la mise en œuvre de systèmes informatiques intégrés de bout en bout.
  • Relevant du directeur des opérations réseau Amérique du Nord, assurer la stabilité et l'intégrité des services internes de réseau voix, données, vidéo et sans fil. Ceci est réalisé en planifiant, concevant et développant des réseaux locaux (LAN) et des réseaux étendus (WAN) dans toute l'organisation conformément aux normes Airbus.
  • Soutenir et gérer au jour le jour les partenaires internes et externes et la responsabilité des opérations avec une planification à long terme, une gestion proactive et une contribution aux projets et à la stratégie de données pour l'organisation.
  • Participer à l'installation, à la surveillance, à la maintenance, au support et à l'optimisation de tous les d'équipements, logiciels et liaisons de communication du réseau.
  • Développer, documenter, communiquer et appliquer une politique de normes de technologie de réseau pour l'Amérique du Nord.
  • Développer, documenter, faire des recommandations et communiquer des plans d'investissement dans l'infrastructure informatique, y compris l'analyse des opportunités de réduction des coûts.
  • Analyser et résoudre également les problèmes d'équipements et logiciels du réseau de manière rapide et précise, et fournir une formation aux utilisateurs finaux si nécessaire.
  • Etre l'interface de conseil technique auprès de nos clients internes en Amérique du Nord ainsi qu'en interface auprès de nos équipes techniques en Europe.
  • Soutenir et gérer un plan de capacité d'infrastructure informatique avec le gestionnaire de produit réseau.
  • Développer et exécuter des plans de test pour vérifier les performances techniques de l'infrastructure informatique et des systèmes. Rendre compte des résultats et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration.
  • Fournir une expertise, une direction et une assistance en matière de conseil architectural et technique aux analystes de systèmes, ingénieurs informatiques et autres architectes de systèmes.


En tant que candidat idéal,


  • Excellentes capacités d'écoute, de communication interpersonnelle, écrite et orale.
  • Des connaissances expertes en réseau Cisco CCIE ou certification réseau équivalente sont nécessaires.
  • Capacité à exercer un jugement indépendant et à prendre des mesures en conséquence.
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement collaboratif axé sur l'équipe.
  • Expérience avec les solutions et technologies sans fil telles que (privé) 4G/5G, Wifi5/Wifi6, IoT (SigFox, LoraWan, LTE-M,...).
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse, de planification, de résolution de problèmes et de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Logique et efficace, avec une grande attention aux détails.
  • Expérience des activités et des normes de déploiement de réseaux physiques (câblage optique et cuivre, câblage structuré, puissance et électricité).
  • Sensibilisation à l'informatique de l'utilisateur final et aux technologies collaboratives.
  • 5+ années d'expérience pertinente en réseautique sont exigées.
  • Expérience avec les tables de routage, les listes de contrôle d'accès, les pare-feu, NAT, HTTP, DNS, IP, Vlan, VRF, réseau OSI, VPN, authentifications basées sur des certificats.
  • D'autres certifications de fournisseur (Arista, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, etc.) sont souhaitables.
  • Connaissance pratique du développement AGILE, SCRUM et de la gestion du cycle de vie des applications (ALM).
  • La compréhension de l' environnement/de l'industrie de la fabrication industrielle est un atout.
  • Vous faites preuve d'ouverture d'esprit et d'une grande capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Excellente compréhension des principales technologies de réseau LAN/WAN.
  • Très motivé et dirigé.
  • Vous devez avoir le sens de l'organisation, de la gestion du temps et vous faites preuve d'autonomie.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire, la maîtrise du français est un plus Connaissance et expérience.
  • Vous êtes patient, positif et avez de la persévérance ainsi qu'un bon sens de l'organisation.
  • Vous possédez un Baccalauréat en informatique, en systèmes d'information, en génie informatique, en analyse de systèmes ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience de travail équivalente.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et créatives en résolution de problèmes.
  • Une expérience en scripting est un atout.
  • Capacité à hiérarchiser et à exécuter efficacement les tâches sous pression.
  • Excellente compréhension des architectures réseau typiques.

In Your Role, You Will Be Required To


  • Develop, document, communicate and enforce network technology standards policy for North America.
  • Document and develop in-depth knowledge of the company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure and technology portfolio regarding LAN, WAN, network security, wireless and cabling standards.
  • Reporting to the Director of Network Operations North America, ensure the stability and integrity of internal voice, data, video and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) throughout the organization in accordance with Airbus standards.
  • Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all network equipment, software and communication links.
  • Also analyze and resolve network equipment and software problems quickly and accurately, and provide end-user training as required.
  • Manage the support, availability and performance of data networks (WAN, LAN, wireless, network security and cabling) for Airbus Canada LP, Mirabel Canada (3000+ users), including head office, regional offices, distribution centers, regional offices and our warehouses.
  • Develop and execute test plans to verify the technical performance of IT infrastructure and systems. Report results and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support and manage day-to-day internal and external partners and operations responsibility with long-term planning, proactive management and contribution to projects and data strategy for the organization.
  • Research emerging network technologies to support infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase infrastructure cost effectiveness and flexibility.
  • Develop, document, make recommendations and communicate IT infrastructure investment plans, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.
  • Support and manage an IT infrastructure capacity plan with the Network Product Manager.
  • Act as the technical consulting interface with our internal customers in North America, as well as interfacing with our technical teams in Europe.
  • Design, develop and oversee the implementation of integrated end-to-end IT systems.
  • Provide architectural and technical consulting expertise, direction and assistance to systems analysts, software engineers and other systems architects.


As an ideal candidate,


  • Experience of physical network deployment activities and standards (optical and copper cabling, structured cabling, power and electricity).
  • Awareness of end-user computing and collaborative technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of typical network architectures.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action accordingly.
  • You must have good organizational and time management skills, and be able to work independently.
  • You have good analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of major LAN/WAN network technologies.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Logical and efficient, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • 5+ years of relevant networking experience are required.
  • Working knowledge of AGILE development, SCRUM and application lifecycle management (ALM).
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in scripting is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in French is a plus Knowledge and experience.

  • Understanding of the industrial manufacturing environment/industry is an asset.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with wireless solutions and technologies such as (private) 4G/5G, Wifi5/Wifi6, IoT (SigFox, LoraWan, LTE-M,...).
  • Other vendor certifications (Arista, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, etc.) are desirable.
  • Expert knowledge of Cisco CCIE or equivalent network certification is required.
