What You Must Have

• Designing, configuring & implementing network solutions with NSX-T, Palo Alto, Panorama, Fortigate,
• 5+ years’ proven knowledge and demonstrable experience of:

F5 & Cisco and Juniper

• Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies or concepts, review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
• Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards
• 3+ years’ proven knowledge and demonstrable experience of:
• Using DevOps tools and process to create pipelines using CI/CD, or other such as Jenkins or ADO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting presentations, demonstrations and knowledge sharing to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leading & influencing decision making, whilst driving engagement & collaboration across teams & business units
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and adapt communication style to different audiences
• Developing and provisioning Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via automated scripts using Python (or equivalent) and Terraform
• LAN & WAN networking, TCP/IP, load balancing principles, infrastructure management concepts, and common internet services/protocols

What Is Nice To Have

• Experience in configuring, designing, implementing Software Defined Networking, SDWAN and Network Function Virtualization using automation via CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity and demonstrated working knowledge of Azure platforms, VMWare vCloud, including vRealize Suite
• Working knowledge of Ansible or equivalent Cloud technology

What You Will Do

• Function as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to build out our Cloud platform connectivity stacks through design and automation
• Assist in solving issues with the Cloud services & platform related to network connectivity
• Participate in design and feedback workshops to improve our services and quality of work
• Build Cloud network connectivity architectures & systems. Participate in design reviews and deliver on those designs
• Utilise your technical knowledge to drive the delivery of scalable & secure network resources
• Lead new design and service catalogue standards and instructions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to help deliver our products and reach delivery on project commitments within our team
• Assist and provide end-to-end resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with other functional groups, business units, and vendors

• Possess strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, excellent communication skills, strong team player and ability to collaborate across business units
• Passionate about everything automated, including crafting and evolving CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or GitHub following GitOps principles
• Excited to bring order to Cloud automation standards
• You have experience building Cloud Network infrastructure and business acumen for keeping security, cost, performance, and complexity at the top of your mind
• You are someone who will fit into our Agile team and will be able to impress our internal development teams with your real-life experience and knowledge!
