The IT Network Administrator will be Provide technical expertise and knowledgein IT network administration and support. This includes VOIP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN,WIRELESS, SDWAN, DMVPN, VPN, and cloud network connections. Support all ITNetwork assets, configuration, operations and maintenance of all networkfirewalls, routers, switches, and Internet providers. Manages daily networkactivities working directly with other IT infrastructure teams as well with Storesteam. Provides technical support and manages daily tickets, tasks, and supportresponsibilities. Works with IT management to help set technical direction andoversee technical changes.

Job Responsibilities:

·Manage and maintain our organization's network systems, ensuring their highavailability, performance, and security.

·Implement network designs and segmentation to ensure efficient and securenetwork operations.

·Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting network-relatedissues, and resolving them in a timely manner.

·Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and proactivelyaddress them.

·Work with the InfoSec to develop and implement network security policies andprocedures.

·Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls.

·Manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations across differentdepartments.

·Experience in deploying, managing, and optimizingenterprise monitoring infrastructures, such asSolarWinds, Strong scripting and automation(PowerShell, VBS, BAT, Python, etc.)

·Proficiency in Networking, VMWare, Palo Alto, Cisco,network designs, and network segmentation.

·Strong understanding and technical knowledge ofcurrent network and operating systems, hardware,protocols, and standards, including:

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with theability to identify and resolve complex network-related issues.

·Advanced knowledge of IOS, EIGRP, BGP, GRE andOSPF.

·Experience and/or certification in Cisco networkrouting and switching, design or security required.

·Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and HardwareLoad Balancers

·Experience with Multi-Cloud connectivity,Azure/AWS/OCI preferred.
