Scope of Work :

1.0 Service Description

1.1.Objectives

The following is a high-level description of the Services Vendor will provide:

·Integrating FRS to Accor Global Network and Technology Stack standard: (50 Sites)

o• FAST (Accor desktop master image) - roll out to all hotel workstations.

o• Migrating on prem servers to the Accor network with Accor light Master.

o• Project coordination & supervision of third-party application deployment on rebuilt servers.

o• Local file server migration to SharePoint Online Files (SPOF)

o• Local print server migration to Cloud Printing (Printix)

o• Network devices reconfiguration as per Accor standards. (Subnets/VLANs/Zones etc.)

o• Hotel connectivity to the Accor Global Network

o• Security project supervision & coordination with MSSP
